Arraignment of Erik Aguirre Tomorrow

Liberty’s killer is being arraigned tomorrow morning at 8:30am in Downey.  It will be on the fourth floor.   Please show up and show solidarity with Liberty tomorrow, or call the prosecuting Attorney, Andrea Davalos (562-803-7100), she is a very nice person.  Please let her know that this is an especially egregious crime that occured to Liberty and we are calling on her to support Liberty’s family and to fight for justice on our behalf.  Aguirre not only fled the scence but never turned himself in.  He drove right at Liberty and accelerated through him, dragging him for over 70 feet.  This was not an accident.  He has not shown any remorse for his crime and he needs to recieve the maximum sentence possible.
