Another Article re: Arrest

Here is a new article regarding Erik Aguirre’s arrest.  It has some information that I was not aware of.  Apparently, an anonymous led police to Erik Aguirre’s girlfriend.  She eventually confessed and led police to the Erik Aguirre. 

Earlier reports stating that the passengers came forward on their own accord were not entirely true.

    Umm. actually she turned her self into the police with the encouragement of her parents after Erik was already in custody.
    She did assist in the info to the others though.
    This article is a little incorrect, but for the most part accurate.

    I am grateful for the person(s) that provided the anonymous tip. If not for the website, the exposure, and the compassion the arrest may never have occurred. With that said, thank you all for your help.

    well with the thanks and the fact that it did good, I am glad that I made the right choice. it is a scary thing, and there is always that little bit of doubt, in the back of your mind. :) the what ifs, can get to you. But all in all it was the right decision.

    ddd,
    You don’t know what you are talking about. The passengers in the car need to be held legally accountable for their part in this atrocious act of violence and the subsequent evation of the police. You have a lot of nerve, and callousness, to come on this site and express such cold sentiments. If those involved are going to evade legal responsiblity, perhaps they can be held liable via civil action.

    If the article was wrong then please by all means elaborate. This is not the place to attack people for posting the article and stating there opinion. The only facts we have are the ones that are written. Lets remember Liberty is not with us anymore. I think Kevin has asked for the facts from ddd and has not recieved them. As far as Angry goes please let us know what you know. Most importantly there are people that are grieving a huge loss and look to this website for comfort and news. This is a memorial for Liberty. If something is not right please give us the truth as you know it, don’t attack people for only knowing what is out there. Just FYI I am Amits(liberty’s brother) wifes best friend and I know that she lost her own brother not more than two years ago. Please be considerate of what Liberty’s family and are going through. Peace.

    Fyi, I have blocked a few people from being able to comment. This is not a public forum where you have the right to spout off whatever you want. I have posted what the article says. If you disagree with the article, then you need to take up your disagreements with the detective who made the statements.
    Between the few of you who have posted disagreements with the article and the detective’s statements, I find the detective more believable.
