Legal Update

The preliminary hearing was held today.  The proceedings took all day.  A few witnesses were called.  As it was explained to me, today was a pretty emotional day for Liberty’s friends and family.  The judge determined that there was enough evidence to proceed against Aguirre on second degree murder charges.  Another proceeding is scheduled for December 20 where the charges will be affirmed.
